VELOX is a software specially and exclusively designed to issue quotes for exterior building fittings: doors, windows, garage doors, shutters ..
The two main objectives of VELOX are as follows:
- Time saving: it only takes a few minutes to issue a quote for several frames.
- Quotes are impeccable and include scale drawings.
How does VELOX work?
VELOX can be used immediately following installation to publish immaculate quotes with designs, as well as calculating sales prices for frames, options, fitting, etc. You simply need to complete three files as you use the software:
- The Design file : we supply VELOX with around 40 windows & Doors drawing. You can very simply complete this library yourself for all of the fittings you stock and sell. VELOX will allow you to design rectangular, triangular, trapezoid or arched windows, to meet your own design (or that of your architects!), as well as sliding or classic shutters and doors, or even folding doors.
- The Items file : you can freely define as many “items” as you wish. These items could be full frames, or options (doorstep, rolling shutter, special handle, frosted glazing, etc.) or even labour for fitting. For calculating the price, you can chose article by article, from the following:
- A lump sum package price
- A price in line with the width, height and/or perimeter
- A price for the surface area
- And a price “list” entered independently for each width and height range.
- Formatting :As with text entry, you can freely create an unlimited number of page formats depending on your choice, for instance
- Create designs as an appendix or within the body text,
- Indicate the retail prices of each frame, if desired
- “Hide” (=add together) the price of certain options within that of the frame
- Print the total discount, or, indicate the discount.
